I am currently a Data Service Operator, with extensive experience in data processing, printing and inventory management for Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing Services. I have over 25 years of experience in managing and motivating people in a multitasking environment. In my current and past role, I am responsible for making executive decisions to ensure jobs are done in a timely and quality manner. I'm a committed and positively motivated person. I see challenges as opportunities to grow, learning, documenting, retaining, applying, executing and willing to give my very best in any endeavor I face. Able to handle fast paced environment, make decisions independently and quickly with minimal escalations. Minimum supervision needed while maintaining emphasis on the highest quality of consumer service. Empathy is my objective to continue growing professionally and personally. Honest qualities have made me step up in position and management trust, securing them with comfort knowing that I will get a job done. I've also voluntarily was member of Safety committee for numerous years, Earned a C.E.U in Ergonomics and assist multiple other departments while always maintaining my daily requirements.
