I'm passionate about embracing that which unlocks human potential; exploring what it is to be radically inclusive, humane, and empathetic through holistic artistic practice and co-active and collaborative leadership. I'm an artist, arts advocate and cultural strategist that believes civic engagement, investment in authentic community connections, cultural development, and peace-building based in a process of inquiry is a calling and profound necessity in theatre-making. I am committed to the health and wellness of our communities-in-struggle; the artistic and fiscal well-being of the institution in which I serve, as well as the sociopolitical-psychological liberation and spiritual transformation of our society as a whole.
