About Robert Bartosh

I started with my current company as an hourly manager. I quickly advanced into the role of General Manager and have been in that position for over 11 years. During that time I have operated a building that has done over 1.1 million in attendance per year. While in this position i have been responsible for the entire operation which includes budgeting, competitive intelligence, food and beverage operations (traditional concession stand as well as full restaurant and bar), sight and sound operations (projection operation/maintenance), human resources, and auditing. While at this location I have exceeded the company's objectives, overcome numerous unique challenges with ingenuity that have been recognized by the company. I have enjoyed the industry and even more so enjoyed the challenge of furthering my knowledge and advancing my career. I'm looking to continue this advancement of my career and return to the southern market from which I came.
