I lead marketing effectiveness as a commercial discipline, embedded in strategy, powered by creativity and accountable to growth As Chief Effectiveness and Analytics Officer at MGOMD, I sit on the leadership board of the most awarded media agency in IPA Effectiveness history. I head a 60-strong department spanning effectiveness, strategy, analytics, data science and insight. Together, we drive agency innovation, client growth and a relentless focus on what actually works, not just what’s fashionable. My career has spanned agency, client and consultancy roles, always rooted in one belief: advertising can and should be a growth engine. That only happens when effectiveness is embedded from the boardroom to the briefing room, guided by evidence and made real by creativity. I write regularly on marketing effectiveness, creativity, inclusivity and the commercial value of responsible advertising. My aim is to push the industry to think sharper and act braver. Late-diagnosed with ADHD, I am committed to building inclusive, accessible cultures that allow different kinds of brilliance to thrive across MG, OMG and the wider industry
