EU/Competition and Regulatory Lawyer. I am experienced in all areas of UK/EU competition work including merger control, national security and foreign investment clearances, competition investigations, compliance programmes, public procurement law, state aid and sector specific regulation (eg telecommunications,financial services,energy, rail and water). Robert also chairs the City of London Law Society Competition Law Committee which liaises with the UK Government and EU and UK competition regulators in connection with the reform of competition law and practice.
