My journey commenced as a representative in a Collection Call Center, but my adept communication skills led to my elevation to a supervisory role. In this capacity, I not only supervised but also trained new Collection agents. Subsequently, a pivotal juncture in my career emerged when I assumed a supervisory position at a burgeoning web-based company called INQ in 2004. During this phase, I honed various proficiencies including call center management, project coordination, customer engagement, creative problem-solving, digital sales, as well as training and quality enhancement. My standout achievement lay in seamlessly integrating technology and innovative solutions into customer websites, from project inception to the introduction of new products on the site. This extended to daily interactions with clients, contributing to the anticipation of future product opportunities.
