About Robert Besser

As an accounting major at the prestigious Kelley School of Business, I am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge, gain technical skills, and gather meaningful experiences. My drive to learn stemmed from my high school endeavors. Having a tutoring job for 4 years, working at a summer camp, and taking on a challenging seminar through JUF to be a strong activist on college campus provided me with the ability to make difficult decisions and more importantly, learn and work fast on my feet. As I progress through the rigor of college: being a part of the Hoosier Consulting Network, the Hutton Honors College and as well, a social fraternity, I’m confident I will acquire additional experiences and lessons I can use to aid in my future endeavors. Moreover, these skills will allow me to reflect and be thoughtful as to how I may apply them for good. What are these endeavors I speak of? My goals are to work my way into one of the highly regarded workshops at Kelley, gain valuable leadership positions within the extracurricular activities I am involved in, and finally overachieve and graduate Kelley with honors.
