AS A CONSULTANT: I serve as President of Ivy Group Consultants, Inc. with 35 years in the profession of Architecture and 25 years specializing in Construction Litigation & Claims, Building Sciences and Architectural Forensics. Our company does building defect/claims related investigations and analysis for attorneys and the insurance industry on design and construction related claims in buildings. I have been an expert consultant/expert witness on over 160 multi-faceted claims & cases over my career. Standard of Care for Architects, Engineers and Construction Managers, ADA Consulting, Building Leakage Evaluations and Leakage Theory and Corrective Work are some of our key services provided. We are now providing Building Envelope Commissioning Services (BEx) for our clients. We also provide LEED AP Services, Energy, Water & Resouce Conservation and Sustainable Design Consulting to clients seeking more sustainable facilities and lifestyles for efficiency and to preserve those resources for our future generations.
