We have been in the residential income property business for 20 years. We are building our San Diego based Property Management Company on Integrity, Professionalism, Competence, Service, Experience, and Community Reinvestment. Here are some of the things that make our company different:* We are Singularly Dedicated to the business of managing property. We do not list or sell houses and we are not involved on a part time basis. Managing property in a professional manner is a full time job requiring full time commitment without distraction. We are members of the Apartment Association of Southern California Cities and the National Association of Residential Property Managers.* We will use the Latest Technology including a mobile management platform offering an Owner Portals for 24/7 access to reports, and online rent collection and maintenance requests.* We take a comprehensive risk management approach to managing properties on behalf of our clients. Vendors and service providers are required to carry liability insurance and worker’s comp.* A percentage of every fee dollar earned goes back to the Community as a donation. A different civic organization is selected each quarter. We also offer full bookkeeping and bill paying service. We pay the owner’s service vendors, maintenance and repairs, loan payments, taxes, etc. We will oversee and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs, visually inspect the property monthly, and stay in contact with your tenants. Bob Bixel is the broker of record, has a Finance Degree from San Diego State and is a life long San Diego resident. Kim Bixel has an MBA International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and an under-graduate degree in Public Relations and Journalism Degree from the University of Nebraska. Bob and Kim both graduated Magna Cum Laude from their respective schools.
