Robert Blackburn has been with A New Leaf as the Program Manager for the Residential Division for almost 2 years. He has not only managed the residential program during this time but has also played the essential lead role in everything to do with The Village expansion. Everything from client selections, client meetings, family meetings, family tours, lease applications, roommate meetings, state team meetings, development of staffing schedules, caseload modifications, more family tours…you name it. He has prepared the clients and their families for what’s to come. He has prepared his team for the expansion. His 30 years of management experience has prepared him for the new role of Residential Division Director. Once The Village is completely opened and all clients have moved him, the Residential Division will have 100 clients, 181 staff and a $6.7 million annual budget.
