I'm a seasoned Product Development Manager, responsible for delivering comprehensive sample-to-answer genomics assays for the reproductive health market.With over a decade of experience in the biotech and medical device industries, I have a proven track record of leading cross-functional development projects for innovative solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. My current role oversees the entire product development lifecycle, from concept and design, to validation and commercialisation. With a strong focus on design control as part of ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820, I strive to deliver products that exceed customer expectations for reliability and performance. I'm proud to have played a leading role in the successful launch of several genomics tools that are now integral to research and clinical laboratories worldwide.
