Professional Experience Lecturer, Consultant, Executive Coach & CEO Jan 2002 to current • Designed, established and lectured the “Human Capital Contribution” at Kasetsart University Thailand. This is now a curriculum requirement for the Engineering Masters Degree and being considered a benchmark for other disciplines involving HR management. • Providing coaching for senior management executives of small to medium sized Companies in Thailand. Have coached a variety of Chairmen, CEO’s and HR Professionals on the subject of measuring and managing Human Capital ensuring the company an optimum return on their Investment in People. Currently contracted with Green Spot and Geocycle with an “Engagement Index” of 83% and an EBIDA of 23%. • Providing consulting services to Thai Government Bodies. Undertaken extensive Government Department Reform and have been invited to expand this service to other sectors in the Government to embed the concept of “Human Capital Contribution”. • People Plus was recognized as a quality provider of Performance Management Systems.
