Robert is an experienced (15+ years) senior financial executive. Starting as a financial auditor and later as CFO, she has over 15 years of experience as CFO, Managing Director and Executive/Supervisory/Advisory Board member of complex international companies of various sizes, industries and locations, including large multi-billion dollar conglomerates, medium sized family businesses and start-up management companies. Robert 's extensive knowledge of domestic (HGB) and international (IFRS) accounting and tax standards complements her broad experience in financial business direction and control (including operational and strategic control, forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions). As a very attentive and collaborative leader with the ability to give clear direction, Robert has always focused on team building and development as well as coaching. Identifying efficiency potential and subsequently implementing efficient and automated processes is an integral part of her approach to making teams and organizations more successful and effective. This is always accompanied by the development and implementation of relevant strategies. She is also a strong advocate for embracing and leading change. She has successfully led many of the resulting restructuring, reorganization and integration projects. As Managing Director, member of the Executive Committee and member of the Supervisory/Advisory Board, she has always linked financial performance to strategic objectives to support the company's growth while ensuring profitability, cash, compliance and implementation of the right business model. On these boards, she demonstrates a collaborative and team-oriented approach, but does not hesitate to challenge her peers and hold them accountable, while also accepting the highest expectations of responsibility. Cash management, finance and implementation of financing plans are part of her daily work. M&A projects and splitting or merging businesses are her pleasure.
