About Robert Bollinger

Background: Experience in network engineering currently providing cybersecurity expertise around perimeter security. For the past seven years I’ve been fortunate enough to work in a dynamic entertainment environment with a focus on improving security posture. Technologies involved and experience with include Palo Alto, Imperva, McAfee, Juniper, Cisco, and Rapid 7 with deployments in cloud, on-prem, and hybrid architectures. My thoughts: Nothing is more satisfying than building and contributing to the security maturity of an organization’s program. Some cool and fun facts that I've worked on- Have opened several large hospitality and entertainment properties as well as Cirque Du Soleil Theaters and T-Mobile Arena. Worked on both - Largest privately funded project for the state of Nevada - City Center - Largest public funded project for the State of Nevada - Terminal 3 LAS - Customs Sec Clearance so I was able to participate in the security sweep lockdown of T3 before opening up to the public- Met several members of the US Presidents staff regarding cyber security in the hospitality sector - Worked with NSA and FBI during BlackHat - Was LD Cybersecurity Arch for MGMRI at the time - Met several times with the Cyber Security Czar for Japan for future MGMRI endeavors over seas.
