Robert is a highly driven Graduate Quantity Surveyor with experience delivering complex developments throughout the project life cycle from inception to completion. Possesses excellent communication and collaborative skills. He works well as part of a team and is highly motivated to grow and develop his career. With a wide range of pre-and post-contract experience, Robert is an accomplished professional who delivers excellent results under pressure. After graduating with my BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology and Design, Robert spent several years in the construction industry working in Construction Management, Consulting, and Technical Advisor roles at the Assistant Management level at D2 Smart Projects, Mott Macdonald and Pick Everard, developing critical skills in Project Management, Risk Management, Contract Administration, Stakeholder Management, and Project Coordination. While successfully delivering industrial, educational, blue-light, demolition, and infrastructure projects for private and public sector clients. To date, Robert is enrolled on the AECOM graduate programme, delivering wide range of Defence Infrastructure Projects. All to gain hands-on experience to achieve his APC and become a chartered QS with the RICS, ICES and CIOB. Whilst in his own time completing his MSc dissertation in exploring Contempoery economic principles in QS's role in Value Managment process to deliver resiliant and sustainable built environment.
