Before co-founding Décarie Executive Search, I held various management positions at the HEC after obtaining an MBA. I subsequently joined a start-up that went public 18 months later, initially as VP Business Development and actively played several leadership roles, including EVP and subsidiary CEO to support its growth from 10 to over 500 employees. Finally, I acted as CEO of the largest online retailer of premium wines in the US
