With more than 30 years experience as a clinical psychologist, executive coach, therapist, trainer, clinical supervisor and scientific author, Rob is one of the UK’s most senior psychologists. He works in corporate, private, NHS and university settings, and is a Director of Dynamic Change Consultants Ltd. Whenever and whomever he consults, Rob is passionate about providing bespoke, individual and tailor-made solutions to human and organisational problems, based on established national clinical and organisational guidelines. For many years, he was the Lead Consultant Clinical Psychologist at the Royal Free Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, London.
