As a Data Management and BCBS239 specialist, worked on initiatives to enhance data governance frameworks, to improve data management reporting and ensure compliance with BCBS239 principles. Improving business processes is my core expertise. I led various projects, as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, in international organizations where complex operational processes had to be developed or improved. I have experience with managing international teams, communicating with various stakeholders and working with professionals from different disciplines. I am a professional who likes to work with colleagues that want to achieve joint success. My way of working is practical. With my calm appearance I build trust.
