I am currently Group Commercial Director for the Weatherite Group, four autonomous companies- operating within a dynamic group structure. As one of the UK's leading HVAC equipment manufacturers, Building Services Support Groups and Control/BMS System Designers, the Weatherite Group has been delivering solutions across Europe for over 50 years. My main role includes analysing, developing, defining and, in conjunction with each operating company board members, implementing 3 Year Strategic Business Plans and Annual Operating Plans-aimed at growing profitable, sustainable business, year on year. I am also responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications for the four Weatherite Group Companies, ensuring we maximise awareness, interest and opportunities to win business amongst our key target markets- leading to increased profitable turnover and substantial growth year on year. I have a BA in Mechanical/Production Engineer and an MA in Strategic Marketing. I am also a Chartered Marketer and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
