I am a seasoned Information Technology Manager with experience in the Financial Industry. I pride myself on being customer oriented with an emphasis on collaboration and ensuring all service level objectives are met by utilizing the ITIL process. I possess both management and technical skills in a wide-range of services; End User Support, Network/Telephony Infrastructure, Audio Visual Design, Project Management, Vendor Management, Server Management, Change Management, Business Continuity. I have a strong background in Network and Telephony Infrastructure as well being a Subject Manner Expert in Visual Collaboration Solutions. My vast knowledge and expertise in Network switch and router configurations was on evident during the standing-up of thirty satellite sites across the Tristate. In addition to my strong technical skills, I am proficient in Project Management as I was the Project Lead on numerous technology projects. Furthermore, I have the soft skills which are essential; mentoring and coaching of staff to ensure they provide positive customer service by maximizing their skills and developing their talent for the future. Resolving conflicts to limit the impact; driven results, adapt tactics, and/or break down boundaries to achieve the desired results in a timely manner and to foster the one Bank concept. My robust communication, decision making, presentation and strategic planning skills have been an asset in my growth in my current position.
