Robert is a legal and business professional with a unique growth oriented business vision. Robert serves as the CEO and a director of iSpecimen Inc.(NASDAQ: ISPC) as well as an independent director for Qualigen Therapeutics Inc.(NASDAQ: QLGN) while managing De Novo Law Corporation, a boutique downtown Vancouver corporate/commercial and civil litigation law firm which he co-founded. Robert truly understands the needs of businesses as he has developed an extensive range of both a legal and business professional expertise from having serviced a wide variation of business clients from small businesses to publicly listed corporations. ‍ As a lawyer, Robert enjoys a mixed barrister and solicitor practice in corporate/commercial and real estate law. As a barrister, Robert primarily litigates commercial disputes, appearing at all levels of the BC Court on such matters. ‍ In his spare time, Robert is a competitive powerlifter athlete and long distance runner. Robert is also an astute ADHD advocate and is engaged in on-going awareness initiatives with the Centre for ADHD Awareness Canada, and the Peter Allard School of Law.
