About Robert Bradley

I am responsible for overseeing the onboarding of all new customers and the successful completion of their projects for CPiO. I interact with internal and external stakeholders to create a seamless service deployment experience for clients looking to go live with their Sage solutions. My role is integral to the business and I am involved in various disciplines from strategic improvement programmes to delivering on-site project support to CPiO’s consulting teams. I work closely with client project teams as well as third parties to ensure that specific deliverables are achieved in alignment with deadlines and provide guidance in relation to any operational escalation or issue. I create detailed project plans based on agreed deadlines and I can manage resource into execution of the agreed plan. Where applicable I communicate any changes in the order or project delivery date to relevant parties and follow up on interruptions to any project and subsequent implications to resource schedules and back order. I understand and can work to the performance targets and measurement metrics for the individual employee, the business unit and the company and am actively involved in managing the growth and personal development of the service teams. I provide accurate reporting to the senior management team on the performance of the operations department regarding the back-order status and chargeability.
