Led a British team in the first ever successful implementation of an online sales platform for British military surplus parts and equipment under a contract with the Ministry of Defence, which reduced an enormous backlog of surplus parts and equipment that had remained unsold by the previous contractor Led the implementation and adoption of an automated contract lifecycle management solution that empowered sales executives and reduced time from contract generation through execution by over ten days.
