About Robert Brissie

A native of Greenville, SC, Rob has benefited from watching the area grow for many years and is enthusiastically applying his knowledge of the upstate to commercial real estate. He earned a B.S. degree in Business Management from Clemson University in 2003. Upon graduating, he began working with a financial institution in Greenville, SC where he served as a Financial Compliance Auditor as well as a Litigation Manager. During this time he gained extensive experience in business development, problem solving, and value added selling. Rob started his commercial real estate career in July 2006. Since he began working in commercial real estate, he has represented buyers and sellers in various transactions, as well as, tenants and landlords in numerous office, retail, land, & industrial leases. Rob also has experience working with a regional residential real estate developer as a land consultant in several of their communities. He earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2014. Additionally, Rob is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, South Carolina Association of Realtors, Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR), and is on the GGAR Commercial Steering Committee, which he is a past chairman, as well as an elected member on the Board of Directors of the GGAR. Mr. Brissie was awarded the 2016 Caine Halter Commercial Realtor of the Year by the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors and was recognized nationally by the National Association of Realtors in 2017 for "outstanding achievement in the commercial real estate industry". He is a past member of the Rotary Club of Greenville where he served as Co-Chair on the Luncheon Committee and has served on the Rotary Club of Greenville Advisory Board.
