I'm an accomplished Operations and Project Management leader who thrives on the challenge of redefining processes to optimizing workflows. This is what I truly enjoy, and it has made me an asset in each position I've held for any organization I've been a part of. As part of Senior Management, I have managed budgets as well as measured the productivity of multiple departments. I have partnered with Account Teams and led the planning, recruitment and onboarding of teams for both small and large scale national retail programs. I have consistently delivered outcomes that have met and exceeded business requirements through continual data analysis, process evaluation and automation to meet budget, client scope, KPI’s and scheduled commitments, internally and externally. This is a direct result of my commitment to continuous process improvement, which has elevated project efficiency, reduced costs and increased organizational value. As a key member of Senior Leadership teams, I also identify departmental gaps and develop resourcing plans to address both current and future needs. I'm actively pursuing innovative ways to leverage technology for the benefit of the organization by optimizing workflows, reducing costs, and improving EBITA.
