I write, curate, and maintain various forms of internal content, communications, and documentation for Executive Leadership Teams and related HR, Operations, and Chief of Staff offices. I've overseen communication endeavors both big and small, having spear-headed employee communications regarding M&A announcements, operational and product incidents, CX project and template design involving organizations such as UPS, Apple, IBM and Lenovo down to individual exchanges between a single bookseller and her online clientele. I believe all forms of communication can be enhanced with a good strategy behind it. I'm adept at ensuring the effective cascade of communications across an org, content management (of processes, documents, emails, templates, etc.) proofreading, and teaching peers how to better their own writing in the workplace. I have a strong technical command of the English language and am familiar with various forms of writing styles for technical, marketing, creative, and academic purposes. I have an interest in helping strategic goals, processes, documents, and other forms of content become more accessible to audiences with several different backgrounds and needs.
