I am a data driven senior Operations Expert with a wide span of experience and exposure to all aspects of business across multiple sectors. Acknowledged for developing strong relationships with staff from front line employees up to members of the C-suite, I utilize those relationships in an inclusive approach to strategic decisions by considering the impact on all affected stakeholders. Areas of Expertise: Leadership: Have been responsible for teams between 4 - 200 employees on local and national scales. I approach conflict resolution with a direct and cooperative communication approach to address conflicts in a quick and effective manner and I endorse a “team-first” approach to culture and people management to foster an environment that provides all employees the opportunity to participate in and understand the rationale behind decisions, resulting in a wider and deeper buy-in. Operations Management: I directed HealthHub’s national operations team of 200+ employees, in all 10 provinces, across 200+ operations sites including logistics operations, service and support operations, customer service operations, and revenue operations. I have designed and implemented new logistics processes, project management processes, compensation plans, marketing strategies, and customer experience strategies. Strategic Planning: A member of HealthHub’s Executive Leadership Team and Product Steering Committee, participating in corporate strategic planning, sales forecasting, budget management, communication plans, and future product line developments. Leading or participating in the implementation of a new company wide objective strategy, and business analyst department.
