From a day-to-day IT operations perspective, I have worked with and supervised Service Management teams, Service Desk, Data Centre operations teams, and IT Change Management and Controls. My work history embraces systems analysis, process capture and redesign, systems support, facilitation, training development, and delivery. Targeted areas of experience include IT Service Management, IT Change Management, IT Governance assessment, development and implementation, ITIL-based process design and process assessment, and data centre management. I have a strong interest in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery management. I have contributed to the entertainment, cultural industries, broadcast, gaming, and oil & gas sectors as a consultant, trainer, and senior staff member /manager.
