CRSi was hired to take over Sommerset Citihomes, Costa Mesa consisting of 37 Buildings and residential units in four separate courtyard pods wood, stucco, asphalt, signages, pools, fencing, painting; Alta Finisterra 17 buildings and 202 residential units located in Mission Viejo, consisting of wood, stucco, asphalt, signages, pools, fencing, painting etc. Del Prado HOA located in Laguna Niguel 423 residential units, re-piping with PEX pipe.
