About Robert Bryan

Robert is a seasoned Land Surveyor with 30 years of experience. He has conducted land surveys for the Texas Department of Transportation, the Trinity River Authority, the City of Fort Worth, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Fidelity Investments and various school sites from elementary to college campus redevelopment. His portfolio also includes work for D.R. Horton and numerous other home builders. Additionally, Robert has extensive experience in commercial land development, including distribution warehouses and numerous commercial pad site developments for companies such as McDonald's, Dollar General, and Starbucks from conception to full build-out. Licensed as a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) in Texas for over 20 years, Robert has prepared numerous right-of-way parcel exhibits, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, topographic design surveys, as-built completion surveys, and hundreds of FEMA elevation certificates. He has also served as a Survey Department leader, both as the sole RPLS on staff and as part of a collaborative team. Robert enjoys mentoring others and holds additional professional licenses as a Professional Land Surveyor in 10 other Midwest and Western states.
