As a laboratory leader with a proven track record of experience at Mayo Clinic, I specialize in driving innovation at the intersection of science, automation, and clinical care. My expertise lies in evaluating, developing, and implementing cutting-edge laboratory solutions that enhance throughput, reduce costs, and support translational science. Throughout my career, I’ve led the design and execution of multiple high-impact projects. These include automating nucleic acid extraction workflows to pioneering biobank technology used in NIH’s All of Us Research Program. I’ve managed complex cross-functional initiatives, overseen multimillion dollar cost-saving developments, and partnered with commercial vendors to scale technologies from bench to bedside. Currently I am pursuing a Master’s in Project Management to combine my technical foundation with formal project leadership skills in order to guide healthcare initiatives that advance research and improve patient outcomes.
