Throughout the course of an increasingly complex, senior, and demanding career, I've rapidly established myself as a high-performing leader capable of creating and leading impactful community development strategies and programs from Community Development Block Grant to aviation system plans. I leverage vast professional knowledge of urban design and planning from my experiences of visiting over fifty cities around the world. Having worked for large cities and metropolitan areas to smaller rural mountain communities, this exposure has provided me with a full scope of urban planning, zoning, comprehensive planning, economic development, affordable housing and transportation policy experience while also making me very knowledgeable at interpreting government and regulatory agency rules. Experienced developing and managing departmental budgets, resources, and stakeholder relationships, I have a long-running history delivering significant process and policy improvements.
