I ensure the data accuracy, quality, and compliance, and support the HR processes and systems. I also collaborate with various stakeholders, such as payroll, benefits, and IT, to provide data insights and solutions. Before joining LEGO in Apr 2024, I was a Recruiting Senior Analyst at Accenture, where I applied my analytics skills to source, screen, and select the best talent for various roles and projects. I also performed quality audits on the recruiting processes and outcomes, and contributed to the continuous improvement of the recruiting standards and practices. Previously, I worked as a Program & Project Management Analyst and a Quality Auditing Analyst at Accenture, where I supported the delivery of complex and high-value technology solutions for clients across different industries. I have earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership & Information Systems Technology from The University of Kansas School of Business, along with an MBA.
