About Robert Chen

With over 10 years of work experience in the food and beverage industry, I have developed core competencies in product quality, quality auditing, and attention to detail. My mission is to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and taste for the consumers of Nestlé, the world's largest food and beverage company. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked with foreign manufacturers, local regulators, and experimental breweries in different markets and cultures. As an assistant quality assurance manager at Nestlé, I conduct meticulous day-to-day investigations into consumer complaints and establish seamless communication channels with foreign manufacturers based on the data collected to ensure imported product quality. I also execute all raw material monitoring processes for compliance internally and with local regulations. Additionally, I source and validate local specialty nutritional food manufacturers as part of my role. Previously, Led the startup to break even within five years, receiving recognition through various awards.
