I grew up in a poor neighborhood with little to no opportunity. Every day I watched people around me accept the status quo as the “best it will ever get” or “it is what it is.” Two statements I have grown to despise. One day I read something that opened my eyes to possibilities."You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want." From that moment, I gravitated to sales as I found that the true key to sales was helping others through solving problems. These facts are why I have always loved leading teams and challenging the normative mindset in pursuit of the needs of the customer, always. My career has been blessed and shaped by those I have been fortunate to work alongside. I have spent my years embracing best practices, learning from those around me, and shaping my mindset through books such as Extreme Ownership, Finding Your Why, and The Dichotomy of Leadership to name a few of the popular ones. I have expertise in all aspects of Sales and Leadership Development having scaled businesses from concept, built highly effective and motivated teams, improved revenue and profits, reduced costs, and broken past the competition…all from the perspective of cultivating positive relationships and strategic alliances.
