My experiences in both Light Rail Technology and in Water have been the hallmarks of a senior consultant working with select proposals in countries as far away as China. My hopes this coming year is to assemble a major "Think TANK" group of Well Intended Inventors, who are best of the best in solving Envrionmental Issues, be they in the Philippines or in any part of Asia, or Africa.
