About Robert Chihta Lee

Currently working in DELTA electronics, responsible for improving the testing efficiency of total quality management of energy products, the project management and quality management of laptop experience during the period in GIGABYTE also effectively help for the integration of product and application. With Team management, setting clear goals for colleagues, guiding the team and optimizing team performance through coaching and sharing, help for the deployment of PM Job. Another important key for my PM trait is strong resistance to pressure, strong environmental adaptability, can keep the project successful. At the 2nd decades in GIGABYTE, established a quality management system for laptop, covered from supplier, incoming material, manufacturing, service, and reliability and NPI (New Product Engineering). It indeed takes time to find out the weakness of in-house quality system and build the flow, process and control. To solve the problem for short term and create the long term improvement with following audit and check. The first job in 1995 for the turn-key transfer of the new CRT production line at Philips, Taiwan. Successively took charge of the process and equipment installation and commissioning of the new production line. Combining PM characteristics, key factor handling, clarifying plans and steps, collaborating with the development team, effectively managing project progress, regularly reporting management and communicating with customers timely. Worked as the notebook computer product PM to manage the top tier of ODM supplier to deliver the clear requirement to have Outsourcing and in-house design products carried out in parallel for Development and manufacturing of GIGABYTE brand products. Through quality requirements, cross-functional and risk management, continuous quality improvement can be implemented more reliably. Project management experience can improve the efficiency of priority projects and products under coordination. Personality is goal-oriented, and self-motivating; able to make a comprehensive plan and implementing detailed management. Highly coordinated and effective communication and promotion of cross-functional and resource integration between teams. Can work in fast response speed, high mobility to overcome difficulties, and high performance in executing goals. My personal career in project management, product management and quality management of Philips and GIGABYTE, and total quality management of DELTA as a good basis and foundation for future large-scale and international operational management challenges.
