With over 11 years of experience in new business development, marketing, and communication, I am a driven and innovative leader who excels at creating and executing effective strategies that generate revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction. I have an Masters in Strategic Communication Management and a background in marketing, public relations and community development. As the Vice President of New Business Development at Aureon, I manage a diverse and talented team of 55 employees across various functions and oversee all aspects of product development, acquisition marketing, public and industry relations, demand generation, customer care, service implementation, and sales. I report directly to the CEO and the Board of Directors and collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement a five-year market expansion plan. I also leverage my expertise in digital media, internet marketing, consumer engagement, social media, and marketing automation to create holistic and impactful campaigns that enhance Aureon's brand awareness and competitive edge.
