About Robert Cizmar

To highlight my strengths, I used tool-CliftonStrengths from Gallup, where my strengths include: Competition in Action: I always want to be the best and I work hard to excel especially in comparison with others. Regardless of the effort or intention, even if I achieve my goal, my results will appear empty if I do not surpass my peers. I have to compare. If I can compare, I can compete, and if I can compete, I can win. Learner in Action: The learning process is as important to me as the knowledge I acquire. The constant and deliberate path from ignorance to competencies gives me energy. Success in action: Achievements are always necessary for me. At the end of the day, I have to achieve something meaningful to feel good about myself. And "every day" means every single day: weekdays, weekends, holidays and even holidays. If the day goes by without some form of success, no matter how small, I feel very dissatisfied. Input in Action: I am very curious and always want to know more. Many things are interesting. I am constantly longing for new information. I know that one day the information or things I have gathered and learned will prove valuable. Focus in Action: I set goals that serve as my compass and help me set priorities and make changes if necessary. I can instinctively evaluate each action before taking it to decide if it will help me achieve my goal. Analytical in Action: I'm looking for reasons why things are the way they are. I want to understand how certain formulas interact: how they combine, what the result is, whether the result is in line with the theory or the situation. Strategic in Action: I always remember patterns, I imagine alternative scenarios, and I always ask,"What if it happened?" This recurring question helps me see, plan, and prepare for future situations. I see a way when others assume it doesn't exist.
