Including the design of structural supports for fuel, hydraulic and electrical equipment. Also designed hydraulic/fuel tubing, wire harness routing, equipment racks, formboards and wire lists. Designed hydraulic/fuel tubing runs and their support structure on the F35 joint strike fighter and the Boeing F32 concept demonstrator.​ hrs Catia V5, hrs Catia V4. EDUCATION:​B. S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering (August 1978) ​Michigan Technological University, Houghton, Michigan EMPLOYMENT HISTORY PDS on contract to Boeing Current Electrical System Installation Engineer Electrical Installation Integration Engineer for aft electronics bay of the 787. Created the initial wire routing and support brackets for the 787-9. Developed the 787-9 integration panel replacement system and its support structure. This involved creating detailed Catia V5 models of secondary structure and submitting them into the Enovia database. This also involved extensive use of the Boeing IVT and Mapper systems. These models and designs were then shared with the airframe partner Alenia and the wire harness partner Labinal. I conducted daily meeting with these partners to develop a final design that met all stress, integration and system separation requirements. I also provided production ship side support for the aft equipment bay and section 46 of the 787-8. This involved the use of the Boeing Velocity system. Performed Engineering Safety Reviews for wire installation on the initial 787-8’s aft equipment bay.
