About Robert Comer

I joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in after beginning my financial services career in 1998 at Sands Brothers Company. I work diligently to build and maintain a team that upholds the Merrill Core values while working to better understand and meet the needs of clients. I focus specifically on guiding clients through the retirement planning process. I have always been committed to staying at the forefront of the industry by pursuing various education programs and industry-specific designations. I hold the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ CFP® certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. I have also earned the designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) sponsored by the Investments & Wealth Institute™ (The Institute) at The Wharton School of Business. I graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in Hampden-Sydney, Virginia, in 1998 with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. In my free time, I enjoy coaching my daughters in their athletic activities. I also enjoy outdoor activities, college athletics and swimming.
