People Skill The relationship between the owner, architect, general contractor, sub-contractors and everyone’s employees will put any project manager in construction to the test. The ability to deal with people by keeping everyone com while meeting everyone’s expectations has created in me an unique skill to work with all and to solve problem while being somewhat of a mediator. Time Management Time management is something that has always been part of my natural skill set. I have always organized my days, weeks and months. Hard Worker/Hands On I like being involved in the projects and work that I do. My nature is to be hands on, while having the ability to delegate my responsibilities, but I have learned to keep a sharp eye on what are the results of my decisions, so I may act before a potential problem arises. Problem Solver Because of my experiences, abilities and understanding in the following areas; scheduling, planning, forecasting, marketing, knowing the value of print, radio and television advertising, delivering the product, finance, relationships, and the “big picture” of the corporate structure right down to the finest of details. Management/Good Leader What set me apart is the balance in my abilities. I can be strong yet respectful. See individual’s perspectives, other than my own. Further my ability to teach and explain and still understand new way of doing things has always served me well. Motivated Again, this is an area that has always been part of my nature. Not only do I motive myself, but always try and motive those around me to the best of their abilities. Creative Creativity has also been part of my personal make-up and I have noticed that being in a business that requires so much analytical thinking. That it has been my creative side which has allowed me to be a good problem solver.
