I guess you can sum up my career like this: I love regulatory work. It has always been a major part of my positions in the past and from until 2015 I have been focussing on regulatory work as a fulltime job. A good Regulatory Compliance Specialist will simplify the complex, and ensure that business partners understand the landscape. Being an expert within my Regulatory Comfort Zone and being recognized for my Global Regulatory knowledge base by the Global Regulatory Community, is a great experience and privelege. In the period 2015 - 2018 I have made a serious move in my career. I made a step outside my Comfort Zone to demonstrate my flexibility, curiousity in new and different areas of interest and most of all showing people can handle radical changes. Final goal will be creating a new Comfort Zone where I can be the next expert within the current and future professional Quality landscape. By understanding the current and future landscape, risk is minimized. Regulatory and Quality organizations are often seen as police, or perhaps roadblocks to business building. That may be true for some, but I believe that effective Regulatory and Quality management brings true strategic value to any business. Regulatory Compliance Specialists and Product Quality Engineers have to earn their status as true business partners.
