When I was growing up, I didn’t know what I wanted to do for a career, I just knew that I wanted to compete and be a part of a winning Team. My goal every day is be the best version of me that I can be, and in order to achieve that I need the right coach, environment, and culture. 6 months after I graduated college, I got introduced to my coach Andy Albright and The Alliance Team. Fast forward 15 years now, I’m the Chief Operating Officer at The Alliance located in Burlington, NC. I get the opportunity to work with the Agent Salesforce, Insurance Carriers, IT, System Engineers, Accounting, Software Developers, Contracting/Apps Dept, Hotspot Meetings, and many others to Advance the Life and Annuity Sales of The Alliance. At The Alliance our Motto is Have Fun, Make Money, and Make a Difference. I wake up grateful every day that I get to relentlessly pursue becoming the best version of me.
