With roots in his family’s agriculture dealerships, Bob developed early “hands on, boots on the ground” experience with customers, problem solving and developing win/win relationships. An experienced governance leader, Bob serves as an officer of AGCO, and also serves on the Board of Directors of Pacific Ag Rentals, AGCO/TAFE Joint Venture, and AGCO/Rabobank Joint Venture. In the recent past, he was Board Chair of the largest construction and agricultural industry association, the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), a plus member organization.
