About Robert Crapo

I’m naturally curious and have a passion for problem solving. I'm also greatly interested in sourcing and sculpting high quality data. I also believe that good data for analysis is as important as good ingredients for recipes. I've worked with various types of data both in respect to structure and industry. I started my data work in Linguistics where I learned to deal with messy data sets. Through my experience, I've learned about the importance of context and clearly understanding every stage of a data project. Above all I've learned that the top priority of any data project is providing real world value to stakeholders and organization goals. I’ve also spent years in various teaching positions. This experience has pushed me to consider the nuances in complex problems and articulate those factors in simple terms. I am as passionate about communicating data insights clearly and succinctly as I am about the actual analysis.
