Idea generation and strategic thiking is what I love to do. As Head of Advanced Materials at Lucideon, I led the company's advanced materials strategy developing in the R&D of ceramic matrix composites (CMC). My PhD research project focused on the Understanding and Development of Ballistic Protective Materials. I continued the work in the field of novel ceramic armour materials, culiminating in leading a consortium between academic and industrial partners for the development of nanocomposite ceramics.
