I’ve built a career at the intersection of technical excellence, operational leadership, and innovation in semiconductor process engineering and manufacturing.Starting as a process engineer, I led node development and transfer, tool qualifications, and yield improvements, eventually stepping into leadership roles managing everything from 24/7 shift operations to high-impact module performance in anneal and epitaxy. As a module manager, I resolved critical yield risks and strengthened cross-team collaboration to accelerate problem-solving and execution.Most recently, as Engineering Area Manager, I’ve led an organization through the ramp of advanced technology nodes, delivering aggressive cost-reduction initiatives, enhancing quality systems, and mentoring emerging talent to ensure sustainable success.Along the way, I became the local thermal wafer integrity expert—leading extensive commonality analyses, deploying vibration machine learning tools, and implementing preventative maintenance strategies that protected line yield and sustained high-volume output.I have successfully ramped and sustained multiple technology nodes, executed tool upgrades on accelerated timelines, and transferred three processes from R&D to high-volume manufacturing while supporting multiple new product introductions.My technical expertise spans diffusion, annealing, implantation, ALD, CVD, monitor development, and matching improvement. I combine deep process knowledge with a data-driven approach to unlock yield, throughput, and reliability gains—ensuring that innovation thrives at manufacturing scale.I’m passionate about operational excellence, strategic problem-solving, and building inclusive, high-performing teams that push technology forward and deliver results that last.With proven commitment to STEM outreach and community engagement, I have used leadership roles to inspire and empower others - serving on Grand Canyon University’s Honors College Advisory Board, taught engineering fundamentals at Intel, and reviewed applications for the Intel Scholars Program to support students in STEM fields. Recognized with honors including Southern University’s 40 Under 40, the C.E. Byrd High Hall of Fame, and Alpha Phi Alpha’s Tri-State Brother of the Year, I remain committed to advancing equity, representation, and excellence in STEM.
