About Robert Crowson

An analyst and subject matter expert with multidisciplinary expertise. The broad experience and connections gained in the course of developing, designing and managing both kinetic and non-kinetic models and simulations provides me a large toolbox to draw upon to analyze and solve problems. I look for interesting and wicked problems that span multiple areas. My career since 2004 has been in Army Models and Simulation (M&S) communities with positions in Analysis, Training, and Intelligence M&S communities. My work in last eight years concerned Threat and Operational Environment (OE) development, I have interacted with all the six Army M&S communities and live, virtual and constructive domains of the Training community. My current position is as a Subject Matter Expert and Analyst for development of Human Domain/Threat/OE models. My career has included-Project Manager for the Athena Simulation, which focuses on PmESII+PT decision support -Work with development and use of Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) models and Social Accounting Matrices for looking at stability and reconstruction projects -Subject Matter Expert for Force, Political, Social and Economic models -Primary conceptual/concept modeler for Force Security model, Political Control Model, Persuasion/Coercion model, Neighborhood Volatility model, Civilian Group Friction model and enhancements to Computable General Equilibrium model -Technology investigations
