About Robert Csaszar

My diverse experiences have afforded me the opportunity to gain knowledge and expertise in a wide variety of fields, which has enabled me to compile an appealingly extensive selection of both. I make it a point to challenge conventional ways of thinking whenever I can and to grow intellectually from my setbacks, which I consider to be unavoidable. The years spent as a customer service agent in inbound and outbound telecom helped me hone my verbal and written communication skills. Just a few years in, I was managing a staff of over ten people across roles as diverse as project coach, back office agent, industry network manager, and workforce planner. My analytical talents and enthusiasm for data got me a job at a financial auditing firm, where I improved my analytical skills and B2B relationships. When I was working for the firm, I was introduced to programming via the usage of Microsoft Excel VBA, and when the company shut down, I chose to continue on this path and started freelancing to learn more about what would be one of my biggest passions so far. In sum, I have gained a broad set of skills and knowledge from the many different kinds of opportunities that have served me well in my professional pursuits. I consider myself well-equipped for a prosperous career in any field because I am always on the lookout for new challenges and insights to add to my odd assortment of experiences.
